Elite can provide you with Home Healthcare 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
2. How much do Elite services cost ?
Elite offers hourly rates and A Al Carte services. Minimium hourly rates start out at $18 an hr. **Actual rates depend on the type of services requested. Elite accepts Veterans Benefits, Self Pay, Long Term Care Insurance and Medicaid Insurance.
3. Does Elite offer any guarantees?

5. How will Elite bill me?
Elite has a simple and environment friendly (paperless) billing process. You can AutoPay with major credit cards or ACH bank transfer.
6. Will I have to sign a have long term contract with Elite?
No long term contracts. Order as much service or as little service you need. Every day, three times a week or every week. **Some services have minimum hr and/or advance notice requirements.
7. Will I have to schedule my appointments with Elite daily?
Scheduling is Worry Free. Tell us your schedule and kiss your appointment book goodbye!
8. What areas of Georgia does Elite provide service in?
Elite works with clients in the following GA counties: Fulton, Dekalb, Clayton, Camden, Barrow, Banks, Clarke, Elbert, Franklin, Forsyth, Greene, Gwinnett, Hall, Hart, Jackson, Madison, Oconee, Oglethorpe, Stephens, Walton, and Wilkes counties.
9. How quickly can Elite start providing services?
Services are provided within a 48 hour period and often within the same day.
10. How are Elite’s Professional Caregivers trained?
Elite staff are required to complete an extensive orientation. They are required to complete quarterly and annual competencies in addition to attending educational in-services and training opportunities throughout the year. All employees providing personal care services are required to have successfully completed a Georgia State-Approved Nurse Aide Training Program. All employees providing nursing services are required to be licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing.
11. What are the requirements of selecting qualified Elite Caregivers?
Elite Home Healthcare Service Caregivers must pass a criminal background check and have exemplary professional and personal references. They must have a strong desire to serve others, be compassionate and trustworthy. All Elite Home Healthcare Service employees are bonded and insured.
12. Does Elite offer maid service?
Elite is not a full service maid company. However, Elite does offer maid services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and assisting with laundry in our client’s homes.
